Purpose of the Junior Members Team (JMT)
The Junior Members Team acts as the voice of youth and emerging artists, ensuring that the centre remains dynamic, inclusive, and future-focused. They bring fresh ideas, digital fluency, and contemporary perspectives while learning from senior mentors.

Composition & Eligibility
- Age Range: Typically 16–30 years
- Profile: Students, early-career artists, cultural enthusiasts
- Selection: Application or nomination; diversity in gender, language, and art forms
- Tenure: 1–2 years (renewable)
Key Responsibilities
A. Program Support & Innovation
- Assist in planning and executing festivals (e.g., Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja)
- Suggest modern formats (fusion performances, digital showcases)
- Curate youth-led segments in exhibitions and events
B. Digital Engagement & Media
- Manage social media campaigns and event promotions
- Create content (videos, reels, blogs) to attract younger audiences
- Support live streaming and virtual events
C. Community Outreach
- Organize school and university engagement programs
- Volunteer at cultural fairs and interfaith events
- Act as cultural ambassadors in local councils and youth forums
D. Mentorship & Learning
- Participate in structured mentorship with Senior Members
- Learn about Hindu art traditions, rituals, and aesthetics
- Contribute to documentation and archiving projects
E. Event Logistics & Support
- Assist with stage management, décor, and hospitality
- Help coordinate performers and technical teams
- Ensure inclusivity (language support, accessibility)
F. Fundraising & Partnerships
- Support crowdfunding campaigns and youth donor drives
- Engage peers in sponsorship and volunteer programs
