Bangla Art & Cultural Victoria (BACV) is a community-driven, non-profit organization established in 2007 to honor and promote the vibrant heritage of Bengali culture in Victoria, Australia. For more than twenty years, BACV has played a central role in the Bengali diaspora of Melbourne, fostering cultural exchange, artistic creativity, and meaningful community connections.
